La guía dentro de la catedral muy buena. Supo rellenar el tiempo de espera necesario para entrar en la catedral con información sobre el monumento y el contexto histórico. En lo que se refiere al autobús, el recorrido permite disfrutar de vistas de la ciudad y conocer los exteriores.

En général, expérience satisfaite. Mais le mercredi 17 septembre nous avons attendu pour rien le premier bus de 12h30 qui ne s'est jamais présenté. Alors celui de 13h30 est arrivé, et n'a donné aucune explication ni excuse pour ce double temps d'attente au soleil, au coin d'une rue super passante et bruyante.... mais bon, nous sommes en Italie et nous en sommes heureux !!!

There are 2 lines. The 1 has frequent busses, and the other not. I was aware of it before hand, so we made sure that we knew exactly where and when the bus would stop. Unfortunately it was quite crowded at the bus stop, and the driver stopped without opening the doors. We waved our arms, and tried to get their attention. But they just rode off. So we could only use 50% of our ticket. That was disappointing.

It's so easy to see all the sights and to be able to hop off when you want to see more. We went up into a small village in the mountains had lunch and a wander round before getting the bus back to Florence it was magical the views were amazing!

Hay muchos aspectos para mejorar.#En algunos asientos no se escuchaba bien el audio. No había tanta gente así que pude cambiarme, pero si está lleno es un gran problema. #Espere más de una hora en una parada porque llegue dos segundos tarde a un bus y el chófer no me abrió la puerta, el siguiente bus estaba "reservado" así que no me dejaron subir. #No todo el personal era amable. #las indicaciones de la aplicación no son precisas. Varias veces termine esperando en lugares que no eran paradas. #Intente llamar por teléfono antes los inconvenientes en busca de ayuda y el teléfono que indica la página no funciona.
