The Headout App would not download. The Hop on Hop off staff said that was very typical. The staff member had to manually produce a ticket for us.

Once we were able to get on a bus, the experience was great. The wait between busses was terrible. We had one day to explore... lots of the day was lost just waiting for a bus. We have taken the Hop Off and Hop On in every city we visit in including Europe. Unfortunately this experience was not as pleasant. More busses are needed. Also, the bus tour ends too early.

The Harbour Cruise was a pleasant outing during our Seattle visit. We timed our tickets with the weather forecast to take advantage of sunnier afternoon conditions. The views of the city from the water were amazing, and the information from the guide was interesting and helpful. The cruise took about an hour, which was just right for us. Be aware of the no outside food or drink rules, so you won't be caught having to eat your lunch hastily before being able to check in. There are drinks and snacks on board for purchase. The Hop on Hop off tour bus drops you right near the dock, and you can hop back on after the cruise if you don't go too late in the day.

It was easily accessible and convenient. The drivers were kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. The cruise was very enjoyable and we enjoyed getting a different vantage point of the city. The guide on the cruise was informative. I would recommend the bus+ cruise to others.

The two women drivers we had today were not only great drivers, they were incredibly friendly and helpful. This made this hop on hop off experience great, but regardless this was a great experience. We also did the harbour cruise and this was superb also.
