The Clerigos Church light show was utterly amazing! I've been to many 3D and immersive light shows in UK, Germany and Denmark by various artists, but this was different to all of them! The use of the architecture and carvings in the church to project onto, gave an incredible sense of depth and movement I've never seen before!! The artists brought the very stone to life in a spectacular manner. I would urge anyone to go and see this ..... it will blow your mind!!

An absolutely magical experience! I loved the Spiritus show! The combination of light, music, and visual effects was breathtaking and created such a beautiful, emotional atmosphere. It was a unique and unforgettable way to experience this incredible place. Everything was perfectly synchronized, making the whole show truly mesmerizing. A must-see in Porto! Highly recommended!

The show was amazing and also quite relaxing. I did it on the evening that I arrived in Porto after the flight journey and so it was an ideal calming thing to do as you can just sit down and enjoy the show.

Enjoy entry to Porto's landmark Clérigos Church for a 30-minute light and sound show that stimulates your senses and offers a deep dive into Porto's history.

A combination of the church's Baroque architecture, 3D animations, lasers, and orchestral music creates an immersive atmosphere.

Getting started

Show your ticket at the entrance of Igreja e Torre dos Clérigos. Your voucher will be scanned for admission. Follow on-site directions to your viewing area before the show begins.

What to expect

Clérigos Church – Spiritus

Housed in the 18th-century Baroque Clérigos Church, Spiritus blends light, music, and poetry to animate this iconic Porto landmark. The installation, created by OCUBO and inspired by Álvaro de Campos, transforms sacred architecture into an immersive canvas.

Features:

360º show: 360º projections envelop the church'snave and vaults, turning its stunning architectural details into living visuals.

Immersive sound: An original soundscape syncs with the imagery to guide your focus and heighten the narrative arc.

What to bring

Carry a valid photo Id with the name matching your booking.

What's not allowed

Carrying food and drinks into the venue isn't permitted.

Be respectful of the site's religious significance and avoid wearing clothes that reveal your knees, shoulders, or those that are see-through.

Accessibility

This experience is suited for wheelchair users. However, it's not ideal for anyone suffering from epilepsy.
