The Verona Card made it very easy and quick to enter the arena. The card pickup location was right beside the arena. It was also great that visiting Juliet's balcony/house was included since it's no longer free to visit the courtyard with the statue.

Card is good, and redemption is easy. The Arena isn't good though, unless you go for a show. The Castle Museum is excellent. Adding free bus services to the Card was a good move and highly appreciated.

I did not know Verona had so many beautiful churches, and with the pass I was able to enter every one I wanted and get the audio guide. It allowed me to visit places I wast not even expecting to see. If you are planning to visit the main attractions, the Verona Card is absolutely worth it. But definitely give the lesser known spots a chance too , they will not disappoint.

I wouldn't normally recommend the hop on hop off bus but this was well worth the money. My husband I thought the routes were well selected and we got to see a lot of the important sites with the limited time we had. The audio guide was an excellent addition.

We redempted our tickets very easy in Verona. The ladies at the desk were very nice and explained in detail how can we use our Verona pass. We had the 24h pass and started right away with the Arena (tickets office is next to Arena), followed with Juliets house (around 10 Am - we had appointment), following with Torrei dei Lamberti and Museo Regionale. The locations are very close to each other.

All the plaves were amazing especially Juliet's house, it was just sad that we couldn't enter the arena because it closed for a concert

The IAT Office (Tourist Information Point), where you can redeem your Verona Card, has altered its opening hours until further notice. From 1st November, the below operating hours will be in effect:

Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri & Sat: 9am to 5pm

Sun & holidays: 9am to 4pm.

The IAT Office will be closed on the days of: Nov 14, Dec 25, Jan 1.

Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.
