Seamless activation
- Your card can be activated within a period of 6 months from purchase.
- It is valid for 24/48/72 hours or 7 days from your first use.
- After purchasing a Vienna City Card, you will receive an 8-digit activation code in your order confirmation. Use this code on the ivie app to activate your pass.
Validity:
- The 24/48/72-hour tickets are valid for the specific duration you chose during booking.
- The 7-day ticket is valid for the calendar days you selected while booking.
- The Discounts Only card is valid for 7 calendar days from the date selected during purchase.
Additional Information
- One child up to the age of 15 or one dog can travel for free with one adult Vienna City Card.
