What to bring

• Ticket: Present your QR-code ticket on your smartphone; you don't need to print it.

• Time buffer: Arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes before your entry time.

• Stroller storage: You can store your pushchair in the dedicated stroller area.

• Hearing access: Hearing-impaired visitors can use earphones, but no subtitles or translations are provided.

• Visual access: The experience is not adapted for visually impaired or deaf visitors.

What’s not allowed

• Food and drinks: Do not bring food or drinks inside, except for medical reasons.

• Animals: Do not bring pets; only guide dogs are allowed inside.

• Prohibited items: Do not bring dangerous or bulky objects into the exhibition.

• Smoking and vaping: Do not smoke or vape anywhere inside the venue.

• Assistive content: Do not expect virtual reality, subtitles, or translations for hearing-impaired visitors.

• Infant tickets: Children aged 0 to 3 enter free but must have a free ticket issued.
