Staff were extremely helpful and understood the difficulties a tourist experiences. The tour itself was superb. Very informative, accurate and captivating. You probably need to go at least a second time when you're back in London.

I am a history buff, and especially love WWII history. I'm American, and I've always had a great appreciation for Winston Churchill. It was fascinating to walk through the underground bunker and see all of the inner workings of the places where all the planning and strategizing was done. I also really enjoyed the separate part of the tour devoted to Churchill himself. It was so well done and very interactive. I highly recommend this tour.

25 years of marriage meets 1,000 years of history Visiting Westminster Abbey after 25 years was a profoundly moving experience. On our first visit, my wife and I were just starting our journey together as newlyweds. Returning now with our grown children to celebrate our Silver Wedding Anniversary felt like a beautiful tribute to our own history, set against the backdrop of over a millennium of English heritage. Standing in a place that has witnessed over 1,000 years of coronations, weddings, and history is truly humbling. Our children were fascinated by the layers of time preserved within these walls. It was the perfect place to reflect on the passing of time and the enduring strength of vows. Just as it did a quarter-century ago, the Abbey left us in absolute awe. What an impressive tour. To think of all the personnel that were involved in this massive project during the war and it remained a secret! You can only appreciate it when you go down and see the conditions, the tiny rooms, and the fact that when they all walked away, it was left just as it looked when they walked away. I loved the section that was devoted to the life of Winston Churchill. Take a couple hours of your time and visit this site.
