What's not allowed

The metaverse experience is not recommended for children under the age of 6 years.

Except for water, no food or drink is allowed inside or during the exhibition.

Flash photography, professional equipment, and tripods are strictly prohibited at the venue.

Smoking or vaping is not allowed on the premises.

It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 30 minutes. If you are late, your ticket will still be valid, but you may be required to wait until there is space in the following time slots.
