Accessibility

• Mobility: This experience is not suitable for wheelchair users, pregnant women, or visitors with limited mobility.

What’s not allowed

• Drones: Keep in mind that drones are not allowed on this experience.

• Pets: Unfortunately, your pets cannot join you on this experience.

• Outside food and drinks: You cannot carry food and drinks into Chichén Itzá.

• Large bags: Carrying large bags or luggage is not allowed.

Additional information

• Site tax: The tax for Chichén Itzá and Ekʼ Balam must be paid on-site by credit card.

• Resident discount: Mexican citizens and residents can get a discount, subject to presenting their official ID.

• Life vest: Renting a life vest is mandatory to swim in the cenote, and you must pay USD 9 on-site.

• Insurance: The ticket price includes travel insurance.

• Infants on bus: All infants must travel in an approved child restraint system while on the bus.

• Child seats: Amigo Tours does not provide child safety seats, so you must bring your own.

• Infant seat fee: As the child restraint system occupies a seat, a USD 15 fee will be charged to reserve and guarantee an infant seat on the bus.

• Pickup options: You can choose hotel pickup in Cancún or meeting points in Cancún or Playa del Carmen, if you select this option.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
