The tour guide driver who dropped me off Navy Pier today around 4pm was excellent. I think her name was Clarissa? Or something like it. Her enthusiastic sharing of historical information about many Chicago landmarks and events was outstanding.!!! Please give her a bonus or a raise in pay; she is a credit to your company.

The views from the top are spectacular!!! You truly get 360 degree views that include the lake to the skyline. Absolutely breathtaking! This is a must do experience for anyone visiting the city. The elevator ride is smooth and takes only 45 seconds to reach the top floor (94th floor). Would love to do this again on my next visit to Chicago.
