we had already been in lChicago a couple of nights and had tried to go up. But the visibility was such that the ticket line person advised against it. He showed us a visibility map and suggested we return the next evening around six which we did. There were people taking pictures in several locations. The decorations were beautiful and so was the view. It was a windy night so some things were closed. We wrapped up our evening with a nightcap in the Cloud 360 bar. It was a fantastic ending to our Chicago trip.

The views from the deck were very good and especially the Michigan lake side views were good with various shades of blue of the waters were pleasing to the eye. TILT experience was exhilarating and we thoroughly enjoyed it and the experience being pictured was good. The staff were very cordial and the photographers were very friendly and encouraging us to take more pics to frame our memories. A sip of drink in their cloud bar completes the experience.

The buses came frequently enough so it was never a long wait. Some of the earphone jacks didn't work but we would just move to a different seat. In nice weather, that top deck is great. We went in late September and were glad to have jackets with us because the top deck does get a little windy and cold. Each stop also has a Big Bus employee to scan our online purchased tickets QR code and print out a physical ticket that you need each time you get on the bus. Highly recommend.
