What to bring

Moreton Island: Adventure Day Pass and Return Ferry

• Bring along your swimsuit, towel, spare clothes, sunglasses, hat, and eco-friendly sunscreen for your adventure.

• Pack your medications—better to be prepared, just in case they’re not available onsite.

• Bring local currency or your preferred payment method for meals, souvenirs, and extra delights not covered by the ticket.

• If you have asthma, you are required to bring your Ventolin with you to be able to participate in the tour.

• Ticket and ID: Show your mobile voucher and a valid photo ID at the Story Bridge Adventure Climb base.

• Safety is a priority, so this experience is restricted for children aged under 6 years.

• Open-toed shoes are not permitted. Participants must wear fully enclosed rubber-soled footwear.

• Personal items and cameras are not permitted on the climb. Lockers are available on site.

Accessibility

Moreton Island: Adventure Day Pass and Return Ferry

• This experience is not accessible by wheelchair and pram/strollers.

• For safety reasons, pregnant guests cannot participate.

• Moreton Island is a remote wilderness location, approximately 75 minutes from the mainland. For this reason, it is strongly advised that heavily pregnant guests reconsider their visit.

• Participation in some of the tours and activities is physically demanding and may pose a health or safety risk. For your safety, you must disclose if you are suffering from any injury or pre-existing medical condition (such as, but not limited to, epilepsy, asthma, or cardiovascular conditions) which may interfere with your ability to safely participate in the activities.

• People with pregnancies need to provide a medical certificate from a doctor approving their participation in the tour activities.

• Participants must be at least 6 years old, 110 cm tall, and weigh no more than 130 kg.

• Child tickets are applicable for guests aged 6–16 years.

• Children aged under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• A maximum of 3 minors per adult is permitted.

• A medical questionnaire must be completed and signed by all passengers. For children aged under 16 years, the questionnaire must be signed by a parent or a guardian.

• All climbers will be breathalyzed and must register below 0.05 BAC before participating.

• The climb experience lasts approximately 2 hours, including preparation and climbing time.

• One complimentary group photograph is included with the experience.

• Participants must be at least 6 years old, 110 cm tall, and weigh no more than 130 kg.

• Child tickets are applicable for guests aged 6–16 years.

• The climb experience lasts approximately 2 hours, including preparation and climbing time.

• Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult.

• A maximum of 3 minors per adult is permitted.

• All climbers will be breathalyzed and must register below 0.05 BAC before participating.

• One complimentary group photograph is included with the experience.
