Bourbon Tunnel Entry Tickets & Guided Tour

Explore the history of Naples in the best possible manner, from underground.

The path enables you to view the Bourbon Gallery, regarded as the crowning achievement of Bourbon civil engineering, and appreciate it as a genuine piece of art. This tunnel demonstrates the unique technological solutions used by the designer Errico Alvino and the geological issues that arose during the excavation's execution. Go through areas that reflect the Bull Aqueduct's Renaissance characteristics.

Walk through areas that served as a war shelter during the Second World War and view huge fragments of statues, motorcycles, and vintage cars from that era. During World War II, the tunnels were used by the residents as a military hospital and later the Hall Judicial Deposit. Catch sight of cisterns that have been preserved but were used to safeguard thousands of Neapolitans during World War II.
