• Transfers are available for hotels or registered accommodations within a 2 km radius of Tha Phae Gate and the Old City Wall, including nearby areas like Chang Klan Road, Thapae Road, Wualai Road, and the zones around the Night Bazaar, Ton Lam Yai Market, and Warorot Market (Kad Luang).

• For safety and in compliance with Thai traffic laws, pickups from roadsides or shopping malls are not permitted.

• The evening before your tour, we’ll email you to confirm your pickup time and meeting point. Please be ready in your hotel lobby 10 minutes before pickup. Your guide will be holding a TripGuru sign.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the meeting point.

• You can either opt for pick up or choose to reach the meeting point directly.
