At the birds 🦅 of paradise the fact I could access the whole park in a wheelchair was awesome, unlike other cities we have visited in the last month IE Dubai where there was not very much access for me Staff were fantastic Thank you for a wonderful day PS We have our own Parrot in Perth ,Australia, he will be so gealous he wasn't there 😂😂😂

Really enjoyed the night safari. Would highly recommend. The only thing I'd improve on would be more taxis, grab, private taxis available. Waited almost 40mins for a ride.

The Bird Park was very interesting, lots of information on the different species. Such an array of birds, and stunning colours. The night Safari was amazing. We did the walk and at the end of the night we took the tram ride. Some of the animals were much bigger than I thought. If we had more time I would gave loved to visit the zoo.

Overall, and absolutely great experience. It was neat seeing that park during the hours of darkness. It was also neat seeing a different perspective of the animals during the hours of darkness. Not crowded,very quiet, and overall very enjoyable.

Super Organisation! Reibungsloser Ablauf. Tramfahrer ist sehr langsam gefahren und hat auch zu länger sehen angehalten. Die Trails zum alleine wandern sind super angelegt.

We literally loved Night Safari at Singapore. It was just too good. Watching animals at night is altogether a different thing. We loved. Thank you headout

The experience itself was really nice and I would recommend it to anyone. The process of getting the tickets however is a little cumbersome - you don't get the tickets to enter the park via email, but rather the tickets for Creatures of the Night (which is a separate experience). You need a code in order to do load the tickets to enter the park, and for that you need to download the app - and even then, after doing everything and getting the tickets to enter the parks, you still only get shown the tickets for Creatures of the Night in the app. It's not very straightforward, I think the process food be revised

No queue, friendly/lovely staff, nice Show with interesting facts. The Tram-Tour is a perfect Mix of facts, Animation you can see and fun. Only the fact that it's more complicated to get home in the night is "annoying".

What's not allowed

Smoking is restricted inside the venue.

It is recommended to wear comfortable clothes and shoes as you'll be walking a bit.

Guests are required to book their preferred date and timeslot for Night Safari in advance before visiting from here.

Presentation timings: Creatures of the Night at 7:30pm, 8:30pm & 9:30pm & Twilight Performance at 8pm & 9pm.

Seat bookings for the Creatures of the Night presentation can be made here starting 2 hours before each show. Please ensure your presentation booking time is not earlier than your admission time.
