Interactive art experience, schedules appointments to avoid a mob rush, gave us enough time to enjoy the experience. Only gripe, food area could look better , it looks like mall food court.

Friends told us about the museum. Funny I just told my neighbor that he has to go. I also told family members to bring their children. My grandson is eight and he loved it. Great job!!

Absolutely exceeded expectations, what a thrill, the waterfall entrance and the interaction in each area and seeing the drawing of my dragon coming alive. Well done!

I loved all the exhibits. They were so real and interactive with you. I'd put my hand on the wall and the butterflies would flutter around my hand. My husband was walking and in moving his feet the flowers and leaves on the floor would part like making a path for him. The waves the animals all magnanimous. It was shorter than it was supposed to be I was told than it was supposed to be. I didn't have the chance to smell anything that I remember. I think it's something for all to enjoy. I took videos more than pictures to get the essence of it but I can't upload any videos here. Those were the leaves on the floor the red picture. I'm not sure looking at it what the green is, flowers?

This innovative museum in Manhattan transforms the traditional art experience by blending digital technology with iconic works and nature-inspired installations.

Arte Museum x Musée d’Orsay: The exhibition, created in partnership with the Musée d’Orsay, reinterprets the masterpieces at Musée d’Orsay through light, sound, and scent.

Waterfall Infinite: Enter a surreal space where cascading digital waterfalls surround you, evoking the power and beauty of nature.

Flower Series: Walk among vibrant, ever-changing floral installations, including Roses and Little Wings, Hibiscus Seed, and Rose Odyssey.

Beach Night Being & Wave: Experience ocean-inspired rooms with enveloping soundscapes and visual effects that mimic the sea’s energy.

What to bring

Carry a valid photo ID that matches the name on your booking; it may be checked at the entrance.

Have your entry ticket ready, either in digital or printed form.

What’s not allowed

For security reasons, large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not permitted inside the museum.

Only registered service animals are allowed; pets are not permitted.

Alcohol, drugs, or any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited within the premises.

Flash photography, tripods, and video equipment are not allowed inside the exhibition areas.

Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the exhibition spaces.

Accessibility

The museum is fully wheelchair accessible, with ramps and elevators available throughout the venue.

Accessible restrooms are provided, and staff are available to assist visitors with mobility requirements.

Some exhibits feature strong visual, audio, and scent effects that may affect guests with sensory sensitivities.

Additional information

Arte Museum New York operates from 10am to 7pm on weekdays and from 10am to 9pm on weekends. The last entry is 5:30pm from Monday to Thursday and 7:30pm from Friday to Sunday.

Children must remain under adult supervision at all times.

Please note that re-entry is not allowed once you leave the museum.
