Contactamos con Headout y, sin poner ningún problema, nos cambiaron las entradas por un crédito por el mismo importe que habíamos gastado. Han pasado tres años sin que lo usáramos, y ayer por fin pudimos canjear ese crédito por nuevas entradas para el Parque de Atracciones de Madrid. Una ventaja es que el crédito se puede canjear en cualquier destino o experiencia disponible en la web de Headout, no solo en el mismo evento original, ya que están presentes en todo el mundo.
