At Dolphin Bay, you'll experience the magic of interacting with dolphins in the stunning lagoon. Whether you’re standing waist-deep for an up-close encounter or standing by the poolside, each option offers something special. Say hello to Alice, the gentle and independent dolphin, or enjoy a laugh with Naji, the mischievous youngster who loves to steal toys! Cathy, the caring peacekeeper, might even join you for a relaxing paddleboard experience, while Lennox, the cheeky dolphin, could be right there for a swim. You’ll gain fascinating insights into their unique behaviors and personalities as the marine mammal specialists guide you through this experience. You might even enjoy kayaking through the lagoon, where you can meet them up close as they swim alongside your kayak.
Excitement at Aquaventure
Once you’ve bonded with the dolphins, it’s time for an action-packed splash at Aquaventure! Brace yourself for rides like the Hydra Racer, where you’ll race your friends down a series of high-speed lanes. Feel the rush of the Slitherine slide as you twist and turn through a serpentine journey or experience the heart-pounding Plunge, with a near-vertical drop. For a truly epic ride, take on the Falls, a massive water slide that leaves you drenched and exhilarated. If you want something more relaxing, float along the Lazy River, taking in the stunning surroundings of Atlantis while you unwind.

What's not allowed

Keep in mind cameras, jewelry, hair accessories, or any loose accessories are not allowed in the water for the safety of the animals. Pack wisely!

The Dolphin Paddle experience is for ages 12 and above and all swimming abilities.

The Dolphin Kayak experience is for ages 8 and above and all swimming abilities.

The Dolphin Swim experience is for confident swimmers aged 8 and above.
Additional information

All guests must arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. If a participant arrives 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, they will be considered a “no show”.

Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult (aged 18 and above). Children under 2 years are given complimentary access to the Dolphin Meet & Greet. A maximum of 3 children under 12 years per adult is accepted.

Please know that your scheduled time is for the mandatory check-in and not for the experience itself.

If you are pregnant or have any severe medical conditions, you should consult with your physician before booking the experience.

You must be able to understand the safety instructions, which are conducted in English.

You should only touch the animals under the direction of the dolphin trainer.

Observers are allowed for the Dolphin Encounter experience; however, it is on an add-on basis and guests are not allowed to enter the water.

The Dolphin Encounter experience includes 30 minutes of preparation time and 30 minutes in the water.

A complimentary photo will be provided to guests who have opted for the Dolphin Meet & Greet after the experience. Guests who have opted for the other options can purchase photos at the Photo Counter.

Guests participating in the Dolphin Swim experience must be confident swimmers and be able to tread water and swim with a mask and snorkel. They must also wear a swimsuit underneath their wetsuit.

Dolphin Bay reserves the right to refuse anyone who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
