What to bring

• Bring a valid photo ID to match the name on your booking if requested at pick-up.

• Dress in warm, comfortable layers. Winter clothing (thermal overalls, boots, gloves, and socks) will be provided, but it is recommended to wear a base layer for added warmth.

• Bring your own device if you wish to take photos during the experience.

What’s not allowed

• Children under the age of 3 are not permitted on this tour.

• Smoking, alcohol, drugs, littering, feeding animals, making fires, and carrying fireworks or explosive substances are prohibited.

• Pets are not allowed.

• High heels, pets, weapons or sharp objects, drones, glass objects are not permitted.

Accessibility

• This experience is not wheelchair or stroller accessible.

Additional information

• Be ready 5 minutes before your assigned pick-up time.

• At least 2 people are required for the tour on weekdays and Saturdays and at least 4 people are required on Sundays and holidays.

• The tour may be rescheduled or cancelled if the minimum number of participants is not met.

• A tour guide for other languages (Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian, German) may be available on request. Contact after booking for availability.

• Enjoy cookies and juice by the campfire in a traditional Finnish kota as part of your experience.

• Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult paying the full price.
