Safari World Getting started Arrive at Safari World and present your mobile ticket at the entrance for validation. After a routine security check, proceed into Safari Park and begin exploring at your own pace. This ticket is valid for non-Thai residents; carry a valid ID if required.

Ancient City Getting started Arrive at Ancient City and scan your mobile ticket at the entrance. After a brief security check, activate your audio guide and start exploring independently.
What to expect Ancient City is a vast open-air museum that recreates Thailand’s most important architectural landmarks in a single immersive setting.

What’s not allowed
- Bringing personal Thai costumes into Ancient City; a THB 600 penalty applies per costume.
- Entry to Ancient City for Thai passport holders.
- Revealing clothing such as shorts, short skirts, tank tops, or sleeveless tops.
- Re-entry at Safari World once your booking has been redeemed.
Accessibility
- Ancient City and the Erawan Museum are wheelchair accessible with ramps and designated pathways.
- Safari World is wheelchair and stroller accessible across the park.
Additional information
- Ancient City: Open daily from 9am to 7pm (last entry at 6pm).
- Erawan Museum: Open daily from 9am to 6pm (last entry at 5pm; galleries close at 5:30pm).
- If visiting both Ancient City and the Erawan Museum, both must be visited on the same day.
- Ancient City and the Erawan Museum are approximately 25 minutes apart by road.
- Pavilion One Restaurant operates from 11am to 6pm.
- The free audio guide is available here; ensure internet access or offline access is enabled.
- Safari World tickets allow a one-time redemption only; re-entry is not permitted.

- Entry to the Giraffe Terrace can be purchased on-site for THB 200 and includes one bucket of giraffe feed.
