It's an amazing place to be with lots of options from baby to adults but the que is always 20 min + and it made me wonder if it even worth the price . The gift shop was definitely overpriced so make sure you don't forget your water proof jackets and sweaters. The food quality was also very bad .

Hi there my first time there, loved it queues were ok not too long to wait, only thing was the sky ride they said it was working when i book tickets as that was my highlight. Then to get there not working even though it was moving noone in Them. Grest day

Arrive at Alton Towers’ main entrance, where your ticket is validated for entry. Pass through security checks and head straight into the park to begin your adventure.

As the UK’s premier theme park, Alton Towers spans a vast estate and is home to world-record rides, immersive themed zones, and family-friendly attractions. The park is renowned for its innovative rollercoasters and seasonal events.

Features

The Smiler: Holds the world record for most inversions on a rollercoaster, offering a unique thrill for adrenaline seekers.

Nemesis Reborn & Wicker Man: Experience two of the park’s most celebrated coasters, each known for their innovative design and intense ride experience.

CBeebies Land: Specially designed for younger guests, this area features interactive attractions and themed zones inspired by popular children’s shows.

What to bring

Bring a valid photo ID matching the name on your booking if requested at the entrance.

What’s not allowed

Outside food and beverages are not permitted, except for baby food or special dietary requirements.

Pets are not allowed, except for registered assistance animals.

Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited on the premises.

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed inside the park.

Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is only permitted in designated areas.

Accessibility

Accessibility services are available, including Ride Access Pass, mobility hire, and sensory spaces.

Free companion tickets are available for eligible guests with valid proof.

Accessible restrooms and step-free access are available throughout the park. Staff are trained to assist guests with mobility needs.

Additional information

Waterpark access, Fastrack passes, VIP tours, hotel stays, mini-golf, and spa are not included and require separate tickets.

Free admission for children under 90 cm (height will be checked at entry).
