Sydney CBD is central to Hyde Park, The Royal Botanic Gardens, Sydney Harbour, and Darling Harbour. So, this shuttle is your ticket to some of the most iconic areas in Sydney. It’s a more comfortable, convenient, and affordable alternative to expensive airport taxis. Simply display your e-ticket upon landing or before departure, and board the shuttle before heading to your destination.
Timings
- Service Hours: 5:00 AM - 12 midnight, all days of the week
- Departures: Every 30 minutes
- Last shuttle bus departs Sydney’s Domestic Airport at 11:30 PM
- Last shuttle bus departs Sydney’s International Terminal at 11:45 PM
- Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly after the purchase
- Please present the voucher along with a valid passport at the time of redemption
- If you have purchased reduced-price tickets, please carry your valid photo ID proof for verification. Students must show their valid student IDs
- Kindly ensure that you arrive 10-15 minutes before the scheduled time to avoid any delays

- Simply exchange your voucher at the 'Redy2go' redemption desk located in Sydney Airport
- For domestic arrivals, proceed directly to the Redy2Go rank located outside the terminal between T2 and T3
- For international arrivals, you will find the Redy2Go desk inside the arrival hall as you exit the customer’s area (directly in front of you if you exit from Gate A or to the left if you exit from Gate B)
CBD Hotels to Airport
- Kindly wait outside your accommodation or designated pick-up point at least 10 minutes prior to the pick-up time
- If your bus has not arrived 15 minutes after your scheduled departure, you must call on 1300 246 669 or +61 2 9534 0888 from an international phone
