It was difficult to find the stop for the bus. There wa an address for the north central station exit but that's it. It would have been helpful to give directions like walk across the street and turn left and go 50 m or so and look for the bus stop. We joined a line of people waiting once one bus was full. Then two new buses came at the same time and one bus driver yelled at the line of people saying we shouldn't be there. It's not clear where to stand and where else can we stand besides the sidewalk? Besides that the ticket process was easy. I purchased for our family or 4 and then showed the we code on my phone and it was scanned once for all 4 of us. Very easy once we got on the bus. There was room below for larger bags and some room for carryon roller bags inside.
