Ambassador Transit Lounge at Singapore Changi Airport (Terminal 2)
- Complimentary access for children under 2 (with an adult)
- Children aged 2–11 must be accompanied by a paying adult

- Minimum duration for nap suite usage is 6 hours
- Gym access is up to 2 hours per session (Terminal 2 only)
- Arriving passengers planning to enter Singapore cannot stay at the lounge
- Lounge is airside in the Restricted/Transit area; transit travelers must not clear immigration or customs

- Gardens by the Bay comprises multiple conservatories and outdoor gardens. On select days each month, individual attractions may close for scheduled maintenance. View the latest closure dates here.
- OCBC Skyway tickets are available for purchase on-site only (cash payment). Tickets can be bought at the ticketing hub or near the OCBC Skyway entrance.

- Gardens by the Bay is open daily 5am–2am; attraction hours vary
