- Gardens by the Bay comprises multiple conservatories and outdoor gardens. On select days each month, individual attractions may close for scheduled maintenance. View the latest closure dates here.
- OCBC Skyway tickets are available for purchase on-site only (cash payment). Tickets can be bought at the ticketing hub or near the OCBC Skyway entrance.
- Facilities: rentable lockers, free WiFi, ATM, bottle filling stations, free mobile charging stations, rentable audio headsets, nursing rooms, shuttle services, etc.
- Gardens by the Bay is open daily 5am–2am; attraction hours vary
