As an ambulatory wheelchair user, I was a little anxious about how the visit would work out. I needn't have worried. From start to finish it was a "smooth ride". The attraction was well signed and had good access; plenty of help on offer if needed. All in all it was a wonderful 70th birthday treat for my husband.

Die Tea Bus Tour war für mich ein Highlight, was besonderes, die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind quasi in den Hintergrund gerückt, es war aufregend und abenteuerlich, die angebotenen Speisen waren sehr schmackhaft, die Kellner sehr freundlich, würde ich beim nächsten London Besuch nochmal buchen.

Entry to the London Eye was smooth, seamless and fast. All of the staff were polite, friendly & helpful. The pods were a good size and not overfilled which made it easy to view all around.

My 5th visit but my 10 year old grandsons first! He was quite nervous while we were queueing but as soon as we got on he was delighted and amazed. I just loved his reaction.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – A Fantastic London Experience! We visited the London Eye this week during our family trip to London, and what a fantastic experience it was from start to finish! The whole process was incredibly straightforward, beginning with the booking. The online booking system was simple, quick and easy to use, with clear information about the different ticket options and available times. One thing that particularly impressed us was the Headout app. It’s absolutely fantastic! Everything you need is in one place, making it really easy to manage your booking, access your tickets and plan your visit. It’s well designed, user-friendly and takes away the hassle of having to print tickets or search through emails. A great example of how technology can improve the visitor experience. The London Eye itself is an incredible attraction and something I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the capital. The views across London are simply spectacular, giving you a completely different perspective of the city. Being able to see so many famous landmarks from above is a brilliant experience, particularly when visiting with family. The capsules are spacious, comfortable and offer excellent panoramic views, with plenty of opportunities to take photographs and appreciate London’s skyline. The rotation is slow and smooth, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the scenery without feeling rushed. What makes the experience particularly enjoyable is that it appeals to all ages. It’s a fantastic family activity, but equally something couples, groups of friends and tourists would enjoy. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into the overall visitor experience, particularly the digital side of things from head out. From the simplicity of booking to the convenience of the app and the attraction itself, everything comes together to make a memorable visit. Yes, the London Eye is one of London’s major tourist attractions, but having now experienced it, I can certainly see why. It’s a fantastic way to appreciate the scale and beauty of the capital. Overall, a brilliant experience and one of the highlights of our London trip. The straightforward booking process and excellent app deserve particular praise. Would we recommend it? Absolutely! And we’d happily visit again on a future trip to London. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars from us!

Great booking experience, but a little ticket drama! Booking London Eye tickets through Headout was super easy. I also liked the flexible cancellation option, especially with London’s unpredictable weather! The only hiccup? My tickets refused to load in the app while I was standing in line. Luckily, a nearby free Wi-Fi saved the day! 😅 My advice: Download your tickets in advance! Headout should probably recommend this too. All in all, the London Eye was a fantastic experience, and one I’d definitely recommend to anyone, despite the rather steep ticket price (at least in my opinion!). 😄

The London Eye experience was absolutely amazing! 😍 Getting to see London from above was such a beautiful experience, with breathtaking views of the city and its iconic landmarks. This was a very lovely experience. The decor of the bus and the refreshments were very, very good and the service was very good. I was hoping that there would be more commentary on the various spots. We drove by. But the recording seem to be not accurate to the locations and really didn't provide much information. I also understood it to be a bus that you could get on and off of, but it was not that way at all.

The experience was very nice. The food was delicious, and the hosts very friendly (Alimat and Aminat). The tour was nice for the sightings, potty the Buckingham Palace is not really visible during the tour. And Unfortunately we were 3 and 1 of us was sitting alone, and not next to but behind us.

Had the best time- booking was so easy. I took my girlfriend on the London eye as she's from sommerset and has never been on it. We went on at 5:30 and watched the sun set all over London. Big Ben, everything all hand in hand. Was magical
