We liked it, but you charged us €67.70 for a ticket that costs €42 on the official website. You're taking a nice margin!
By mistake we ordered the tickets twice. We asked you to make a gesture and you gave us a credit of 39.80 dollars, so 32 €, far from the 135.40 €.
Readers will appreciate, we will not recommend you.

The tour was led by a very friendly guide who knew her subject very well and was always ready to listen.
Question: the ticket price was 42 € (so 84 €) and we paid 135.48 €, a difference of 41.48 €. Why such a difference?

The guided tour of the private apartments was very good and our guide, Tatiana, very interesting and experienced. Then, the experience was less satisfying; far too many people in the ceremonial rooms. We passed through without really seeing the rooms, following the tide of people. Then we were refused access to the Gardens, on the pretext that our ticket didn't include it.

The tour guide/docent was very knowledgeable. She kept the tour moving along while giving time to take in each part of the tour. We would highly recommend this tour to there.
