    This is our first time traveling via rail in Europe and we had a wonderful time. We only experienced one late train which is saying a lot. We wish transportation worked this well in the US as we would use it much more than driving.

    Getting and using the ticket was perfect A problem was, that even 10 minutes before departure of the Train the Display of the departure board did not show the platform and its a long way to platform 2.

    Very modern train, totally quiet on the tracks. Punctual departure. Unfortunately, there is no seating at all on the platform at Milan Central Station! This is not a good service, especially for the older generation, and should be changed URGENTLY!

    It was simple to purchase a ticket online and the map directions made it easy for me to find the bus location. The bus driver drove safely and carefully managed the suitcases. A good experience.

    The price of €10 was reasonable. The bus was very refined and comfortable. The driver was polite. It was somewhat difficult to download the ticket QR code. I had to download the app, which took some time would be simpler if it could be sent directly by email. Thank you for a lovely experience.

    The bus line was filled with hundreds of people looking to get . The representative was patient and made sure that those with tickets booked got on the bus. He dealt with a lot of shouting and demands, but handled everything exceptionally well. The bus ride was quiet and on time. Great service
