My wife and I visited Universal Studios on 18 June 2026. We did not know what to expect. We only had previous parks trips to guide us. Once we arrived, we pretty much disregarded all of our previous park experiences. Universal Studios was absolutely amazing. The entire staff, from the greeting individuals at the front to the people that saw us when we departed were extremely courteous and welcoming. The staff that greeted us in the restaurants, cleaned our tables were just so upbeat. Staff in the stores, and walking on the street greeted us with a smile. It was a wsrm day and I am sure working is not always great but one would never know this judging by the staff. We have been to several parks over the years, Disney in the States, Japan and at least 20 times to Europe Disney, which is where we live and never have had such a great experience. By the way, I am not looking for an award. I just wanted to express our feelings about Universal Studios.

Had a great experience booking our Universal Studios Japan tickets through this company. The entire process was smooth, easy to understand, and hassle-free from start to finish. Our tickets were delivered promptly, and all the instructions provided were clear, making it very easy to enter the park and use our passes. What I appreciated most was the reliability and peace of mind, especially since we were traveling as a family. Everything worked exactly as expected, and we had no issues at all during our visit. Customer communication was also quick and helpful whenever we had questions.

Today we experienced universal Japan for the first time. It was truly one of the most fun days ever. My personal favorite was the flying dinosaur ride at the Jurassic park. I was terrified and it ended up being my favorite ride ever. And the snoopy land and hello kitty land was truly special to me. I grew up with these characters so it meant the world for them to be brought to life. We also went on the Zed ride which was truly one of a kind. Felt like we were transported to another universe. 10/10 park and 10/10 day with my best friends.

A really fun day out for everyone! USJ is bigger, cleaner, better serviced, and has better rides than any other theme park I have ever been to. On top of all of that, there is an amazing Waterworld show unlike any I've seen before. The value of the tickets is superb, with how many attractions it gives you access to. Mario World was great, but the rest of the park holds its own as well. It should be a "must do" while you're in Osaka. We got there at 08:00 for the gates opening, and were there until 21:00. It is well worth your time.

Perfect organisation ! No problem at the entrance with Headout tickets. No need to print, the ticket is direct in. QR code received as write en on confirmation e-mail. Easy and practical. We loved the ridesuniversal studio, rides and different worlds . Harry porter Castel is amazing, a wonderful expérience for Young and less Young people without stress for the entry tickets.

Very easy to enter the attraction, we both managed to do our favorites despite the crowds. Some areas are times so we needed to book in advance, it was new to us but we learned just Fust. We even got into a lottery to visit one attraction. We arrived by noon and left around 8:30.. crowded but smooth. The staff was adorable, helpful and made the visit memorable to us.

Siamo stati agli Universal Studios in Giappone, davvero bello ed emozionante. Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli, ci si poteva immergere completamente nei vari scenari dedicati ai franchising più famosi. L'unica pecca è che non è presente nessuna attrazione per bambini piccoli, il limite minimo di altezza è 92 centimetri, quindi bambini sotto i due anni non potranno godersi nessuna giostra, la nota positiva è che ci sono gli switch pass per i genitori

Une très belle expérience, taché de quelques inconvénients. Tels que les attractions qui étaient hors service toutes les 3h et la taille des sièges des attractions à sensations fortes qui ne sont pas adaptées pour tout le monde notamment des gens qui ont des longues jambes. Mais malgré cela, le parc est magique, les décors sont sensationnels et les attractions que j'ai pu faire sont grandiose
