Such a nice and easy to claim. Legit and fast process

It took forever to get into the park. There needs to be a better system so guests can get in and make the most out of the experience. It took us 20 min to get in and that was us cutting in line from a hole in the side. I believe that if we had gone to the back of the crowd, it would've taken us at least an hour to get in. With the event being so short, you've got to do better and getting guests through. I also noticed that on rides, the onboarding process takes forever. As someone who attends amusement parks several times a year, I have to say these were the slowest moving lines I've ever been in. Employees kept letting one or two groups board completely and then let 1-2 new groups go in. It's like they were afraid overfill and couldn't direct without visually seeing each group get seated. This was the worst at the pirate ship. It was so frustrating being in line. At the end of the werewolf haunted house, there always a swamp monster hiding in the bushes. I had gotten off the steps and was looking at the monster when I hit uneven pavement and fell, scraping my knee and tearing my pants. It was not a step, but uneven slabs of cement. You cannot do this to guests. There needs to be a marker identifying the unevenness or the cement needs to be redone for your guests safety. Luckily, I was holding my boyfriends hand or else the fall would've been worse. The haunted houses were average but I did love the ambiance of the park. The characters roaming around were fun, interactive, and had great costuming.
