This guided tour of Niagara Falls USA exceeded every expectation and was the absolute highlight of our trip! From start to finish, everything was exceptionally organized, informative, and fun. The Maid of the Mist was an unforgettable experience. Getting so close to the powerful Horseshoe Falls and feeling the mist on your face was thrilling and truly awe-inspiring. The views were spectacular, and no photo can fully capture the magnitude of standing right beside one of the world's greatest natural wonders. The Cave of the Winds was equally incredible. Walking the wooden pathways just feet from Bridal Veil Falls and experiencing the force of the rushing water firsthand was exhilarating. Standing on the Hurricane Deck was a once-in-a-lifetime experience that I'll never forget. What made the tour even better was our guide. They were knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about the history and geology of Niagara Falls. Their stories and local insights added so much value and made the entire experience more meaningful. They also handled all the logistics seamlessly, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy every moment. If you're visiting Niagara Falls, this tour is an absolute must. Combining the iconic Maid of the Mist with the breathtaking Cave of the Winds creates the perfect Niagara Falls experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable adventure and the best way to see the falls up close. Five stars all the way!

We had an absolutely amazing experience on the Niagara Falls (USA) Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds & Observation Tower Guided Tour. From start to finish, everything was well organized, fun, and unforgettable. Our guide, Paul, was fantastic! He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and had a great sense of humor that made the entire tour enjoyable for our group of five. He kept everyone engaged and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. The Maid of the Mist was incredible—being so close to the Falls was breathtaking and definitely a bucket-list experience. The Cave of the Winds was another highlight and an absolute must-do! The power of the Falls up close is something we'll never forget. One of the things we appreciated most was that all of Paul's tips were spot on—from where to stand for the best views and photos, to practical advice that helped us make the most of each attraction. Thanks to him, we had an even better experience than we expected. If you're visiting Niagara Falls, this tour is 100% worth it, and if you're lucky enough to have Paul as your guide, you're in for a treat! 💯 Highly recommended! This was an awesome experience!! Brian made us feel like we had known him all of our lives! He was very attentive to anything that we needed or wanted to do. He was very informative and made the trip very enjoyable! We had driven over 1100 miles to see Niagara Falls. We could have not asked for a better guide to see all the things that there was to see at Niagara Falls in a day and yes, that is possible! We started at nine and still had time to catch an afternoon nap after visiting all the highlights on the American side of Niagara Falls. I would absolutely suggest anyone wanting a great tour to take this private tour with this company! And absolutely request Brian!

My daughter htought I had made a bad mistake booking this tour online. Then when Nate, our wonderful tour guide, started the tour, she said, "Mom, you did great!!" Can not say enough good things about Nate! He explained all the dare devils in vivid detail and my group ranging in age from 8 to 80 which included my daughter, granddaughter and three great grandkids were spellbound!! My granddaughter even went looking for Annie's grave but drove to the wrong cemetery!! It was a lot of fun!!

Our guide was Bryan, he was very informative and he allowed us rest stops. He clearly new his facts about Niagara Falls. He was very informative and he was always willing and knowledgeable when answering any questions. He also gave us tips before entering the Maid of the Mist, the tower and the cave of the winds. He also gave us a lot of information about the different locations to visit. He was very friendly and we did not feel rushed. We would do it again for sure! Thank you

Our tour Guide David L was fantastic. He is very knowledgeable about the Niagara Falls and its History. He went into detail discussing the formation of the falls and gorge as well as the founder of Maid of the mist boat ride. While walking through the park David gave details and history of the different parts of the park. His enthusiasm was infectious and made an already wonderful park into a top notch much see experience. Thank you David for a wonderful day.

Our tour with Sayed at Cave of the Winds and Maid of the Mist was one of the highlights of our trip to Niagara Falls! Sayed was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and engaging, sharing fascinating history about Niagara Falls State Park that we never would have learned on our own. What made the tour truly exceptional was his attention to detail. He didn't just take us to the popular attractions—he pointed out hidden gems, historic landmarks, and interesting features that most visitors walk right past without noticing. His passion for the park and its history was evident throughout the entire tour. If you're visiting Niagara Falls, I highly recommend requesting Sayed as your tour guide. Our tour guide Bernie was amazing! He picked us up at our hotel on time. We headed to Niagara Falls for our Maid of the Mist boat tour. Bernie made sure we stopped in the shade, he got our tickets and gave us a lot of history and answered questions about the Falls. After our incredible boat ride we headed to look at the Horseshoe Falls while we waited for our Cave of the Winds ticket time. Again he shared more history and then picked up our timed tickets to enter the Cave of the Winds. Great stop on the Hurricane level of the tour, the force of the water was unbelievable. Bernie took us and the other couple who joined our tour back to our hotels. This is the way to go, we were treated as royalty by Bernie on our tour. I highly recommend this tour and tour company!
