Otizm teşhisi konmuş bir çocuğun ebeveyni olarak, personelinizden birinin davranışları ve ziyaretimiz sırasında gösterilen hassasiyet eksikliği ile ilgili endişelerimi vurgulamak istiyorum. Varışımızdan önce internetten e-bilet satın aldık. Tesise girdikten sonra, önceden rezerve edilmiş biletler için doğru giriş noktasından emin olamadık ve saygılı bir şekilde bilet gişesindeki kuyruğa katıldık. Bir personel (kapıda görevli bir kadın) o sırada başka bir müşteriye yardımcı oluyordu. Aksamayı önlemek için, etkileşimi sona erene kadar 10 dakikadan fazla bir süre sabırla bekledik. Guests with pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or disabilities are recommended to visit the Park Health Facility before proceeding to attractions. The team will be happy to assist you plan the day on an individual basis and determine which attractions can be undertaken safely.

Guide, hearing, and assistance dogs are welcome in the park. Service animals are allowed in most locations throughout the park with the exception of some restricted wildlife and ride areas. Please ensure that dogs wear their working vest identifying their role.

Guests must at all times be respectful of the privacy and amenity of the residents of the Q1 Building. Making loud noises, such as yelling or screaming is not allowed.

Entry to SkyPoint on Friday and Saturday nights after 8pm is allowed only to guests over 18 due to the Club theme.
