Resepsiyondaki çok nazik personel tarafından sıcak bir şekilde karşılandık ve uzun bir uçuştan sonra lounge’a kolayca girebilmek harikaydı. Yiyecekler taze ve boldu; çeşitli sıcak ve soğuk seçenekler mevcuttu. Duş rezervasyonu yapmak harika bir deneyimdi ve kesinlikle tavsiye edilir.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at the Ambassador Transit Lounge in Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 3. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge during our layover. The lounge was clean, spacious, and offered a calm and welcoming atmosphere that made our waiting time comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were friendly, courteous, and attentive, always greeting us with warm smiles and ensuring that our family felt well taken care of throughout our visit. The food selection was excellent, with a good variety of hot meals, snacks, desserts, and beverages that everyone in our family enjoyed. The comfortable seating areas gave us plenty of space to relax together, while the fast Wi-Fi and convenient charging stations were very useful. The shower facilities were spotless, modern, and refreshing, which was especially appreciated after a long flight. Everything was well organized and maintained to a very high standard. Overall, the Ambassador Transit Lounge exceeded our expectations with its outstanding service, relaxing environment, and excellent amenities. It made our family layover much more pleasant and stress-free. We highly recommend this lounge to anyone traveling through Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 3 and will definitely choose it again on our future trips

Booking tickets was really easy to use. My daughter who wasn't travelling with us booked it by the time we arrived in the airport and received tickets within just two minutes. No fuss with booking and the lounge at Ambassador transit was comfy. Food was plenty and really had time to relax before our long flight to the UK. I highly recommend to travellers especially with long hauls flights/transfers. The staffs are also very attentive to the guests. Thank you for this experience

I purchase a bed for 5 hours in the Transi t lounge on my journey to Australia. This was a valuable asset to my journey. The bed was clean and comfortable. The shower facility was a bonus. The breakfast was more than adequate. My only negative was although a restricted area it was a heavy curtain as a door to the bedroom which initially made me a bit anxious as I was unable to lock my valuables in a safe place and had to take them to the shower with me. I would recommend this facility to passengers with a long stop over in Singapore. On my return journey i was inable to book this facility so I purchased 5 hours in the lounge and a shower. I found it unable to fully rest in the chairs . Also the lights were quite bright. The breakfast was excellent. I appreciate there is an hotel but when the airline changed your flight times you do not always want to pay the extra for an hotel bed. I would still recommend this facility for a longer stop over and did overall appreciate the opportunity to have facility and to know it is there

Serrvice was great. Can't complain. One thing that was noticeable though was the smell of cigarette smoke, which made sitting in the lounge a less than 100% relaxing experience. Whilst no one in the lounge itself was smoking, I believe the smoking room was around the corner not too far away and somehow the excreted smoke was making it's way into the lounge. Food and drink was great, as well as the opportunity to take a shower. The only other unpleasant thing was a very inconsiderate Chinese man who insisted on involving everyone into the personal speakerphone conversation he was having on his mobilephone. Completely oblivious that others were trying to enjoy the serenity of the lounge.

My experience of the lounge in Singapore was swift fast. They got me through the front front desk with ease. The showers and refreshment areas were always were kept tidy. I was there during peak times and it was well maintained the food was hot plenty of variety well topped up and the drinks were much appreciated
