Overall had a great experience. The review option says "dissatisfaction" which makes it confusing to properly answer. For me the minor inconvenience during booking was not knowing important details such as where the meeting point will be. This because based on this i can choose somewhere easily accessible to stay. I stayed central and was luckily around the corner. The tour itself was great as well, we had some small delays but other than that the "optional lunch" was not clear. Was the lunch included or did we have to pay extra for it, did we have to meet somewhere and decide if we want to eat together. This part was not clear. The tour and the drive to the venue in itself and were well prepared/structured.

The tour at Auschwitz was very interesting and informative- a must-do if you are visiting Krakow for a few days. Booking was easy, however we were told less than a day before the tour that the pick up time was changed from 8:15 to 6:30 and the pick up location was also to further from our original pickup location. This was quite frustrating as there was minimal flexibility from the organizer, and they had blamed Headout for not providing accurate information. Besides this hiccup, we were glad we went on this tour.

Every perdon should visit Auschwitz at least once in their lives. This was my 4th. While you could never say it was enjoyable, it is an amazing experience. I thought mybprevious experiences were better, I felt my latest trip was very stream lined. Previous visits were more rugged and got a better experience of the camps. Having said that, I understand why it has changed, because of the large numbers of visitors. But I still preferred my previous visits. I would still recommend that people visit these 2 camps.

    I had a little problem with both of my tickets beeing on the same name and the official website says they need to be same as on an ID. Luckily i reached out to Headout's support and when we arrived the lady responsible for giving out the tickets and stickers was very kind and very helpfull in making our way through the security checkpoints. So a big shoutout and thanks to the lady unfortunately i dont remember her name.

    Everything went fine and all was punctual according to message. The only complain is that during the tour in Birkenayu, the guide did not take us to the Birkenau monument with the plates written in different languages. I know that since this is the second time I visited the place there and I had been taken to the monument in the previous time.

    Liked the guides and tours. A bit short in birkenau. Had wished for a bit more time to explore. We were told the wrong pickup spot and had to reschedule a day later. No one checked in with us. I felt that was unprofessional.
