The tour gide was friendly and attentive with good output. She also answered to any questions that visitors had with knowledge. There was a delay in the very beginning before our tickets and driver arrived, that cause a bit nervousness, since it was very clearly put that if you are late, you miss the tour, but only 10-15 minutes. Not a big deal.

Our tour guide, Eva, was wonderful! She had a fantastic knowledge about the history and the sight, and also spoke excellent English. Most importantly, she was an excellent storyteller. 10/10

My only criticism was that it was not very clear on the booking how to have the transfer from Krackow rather than meeting guide at Auschwitz.
