It was very interesting and respectful . Our guide was a wealth of knowledge on the subject. We missed the second part of the trip to Birkensau as by the time we got there our group had already gone in, but we were unaware and waited at the front not even knowing if we were at the right meeting point. Contacting the tour company was not helpful as they didn't care. Would recommend a shuttle service between the 2 facilities that the tour is conducted at to prevent this situation from happening. As we were waiting out the front, other people who had to make their own way to Birkensau were 'lost' like us and waiting for their groups too.

I have to say the lack of communication at the start of the tour was an issue. We were left in limbo we booked a tour for 9am We had a text to say meet guide at 9.30 And a place to meet image. It might of been helpful if we had been told don't worry about the other tours. Just wait. We eventually got on a 10am tour. So it was very disconcerting seeing lots of other people leaving at 9 am 9.30 am. Leaving that aside. Out guide was very knowledgeable and conducted the tour very well. The subject matter was handled with respect and at all times. So overall a good tour I hope my feedback is acted upon as there were several people on our tour who were rightly unsure as to what was happening. Regards Ian Copple
