The guide was knowledgeable and she provided us with an interesting and informative tour. It was disappointing that our tour slot was changed last minute from 11am to 7.40am, meaning that we had no way of getting to the museum. Public transport options would have meant we'd arrive after 7.40am. Your company partner Super Cracow was unable to provide transport to the museum. After I complained they were able to put us on a tour at 12.30. I noticed that the other people on the tour did have a bus back to Krakow, so it was an option, but not offered to us. I enquired about returning with Super Cracow to Krakow but they said it wouldn't be possible.

La visita al camp d'extermini d'Auschwitz-Birkenau ha estat una experiència molt emotiva i molt colpidora, però necessària per prendre consciència de l'horror i la brutalitat de l'èsser humà. Són 3 hores i mitja de visita als dos camps molt ben aprofitades amb una guia polonesa de parla espanyola que ens va donar una informació detallada del què van ser i representar els camps d'extermini i va posar context històric. Un 10 per la guia. Va ser molt fàcil trobar el punt de trobada amb ella per la informació que ens van facilitar contínuament. Molt satisfets amb l'experiència 👏👏👏

El tour fue educativo y mostraba lo principal de toda la historia, lo único que no me gustó fue que al ser muchos había partes que si estabas del último no se escuchaba lo mismo sucedió con el segundo campo al no usar micrófono y en zonas que tenías que estar formado en una línea si no estabas adelante te perdías de toda la explicación. También siento que al ser tantas personas en general muchas veces uno estaba más preocupado de no chocar o poder avanzar para escuchar al guía bien y ver lo que mostraba que de poder escuchar realmente

    Une légère désorganisation au niveau de la prise en charge à l'arrivée et des horaires qui ne sont pas respectés : Nous avions réservé la visite pour le matin et finalement nous avons été décalés à l'après-midi, informés par un message sans nous demander si cela était possible pour nous. Le rendez-vous est fixé à 13h10, il faut arrivé 10-15 minutes avant mais la visite ne commence qu'à 13h30-45... Enfin, la visite survole les lieux et les événements, nous n'avons rien appris. En revanche la guide parlait un bon français. Les lieux sont très propres et bien conservés.

    Wir hatten für 10.00 Uhr gebucht und sollten 15 Minuten vorher vor Ort sein. Einen Tag vor der Tour wurde mir mitgeteilt, daß wir schon um 07:20 Uhr da sein müssen, sonst wärte eine Teilnahme nicht möglich. Wir hatten einen Anfahrt über 4,5 Stunden. Dadurch mussten wir um Mitternacht schon losfahren. Das war nicht schön, leider hat niemand auf meine Rückfrage reagiert. So war alles ohne Begründung. Alles andere war in Ordnung.
