The tour & the guides are informative & it's a must see tour if you're in the area. We were picked up quite early from Krakow but you need to be because of the queue's to get in & journey time but from then onwards we we're looked after from start to finish 😁⭐

Expérience exceptionnelle ! La guide était incroyable, maßtrisant parfaitement son sujet et expliquant de maniÚre claire. La visite était bien rythmée, bien que parfois un peu rapide à certains endroits, mais nécessaire en raison de l'arrivée d'autres groupes. La visite des deux camps de concentration était trÚs émouvante, nous imprégnant profondément du lieu. Le minibus était trÚs propre, le chauffeur trÚs gentil, cependant, des explications en français sur le déroulement de la journée auraient été appréciées, car tout n'était pas toujours compris en anglais. Nous avions reçu une adresse de point de rencontre lors de la réservation, mais celle-ci avait changé deux jours avant, et nous en avions été informés par un message WhatsApp.

    Positiv: - PĂŒnktliche Organisation, reibungsloser Transport und Einlass - Sehr kompetenter Guide mit fundiertem Fachwissen - Beeindruckendes Museum und GelĂ€nde – absolut sehenswert Negativ: - FĂŒhrung im Eiltempo, kaum Zeit zum Innehalten oder Fotografieren - StĂ€ndige NĂ€he zu anderen Gruppen störte die AtmosphĂ€re - Die beiden kurzen Pausen (je 10 Minuten) – einmal vor dem Einlass nach der Ankunft mit dem Tourbus und einmal bei der Ankunft in Birkenau – waren ungĂŒnstig gelegen und erlaubten keinen Besuch der Shops oder gastronomischen Einrichtungen. Lediglich im Buchshop in Birkenau war Wasser erhĂ€ltlich. - Toilettenbesuche dazwischen waren trotz Nachfrage nicht möglich - Lunchpaket gut, aber keine Zeit zum Verzehr wegen fehlender Mittagspause und Verbot auf dem GelĂ€nde

    Excelente tour 100% recomendado muy bien organizado y mostrando la realidad que ocurriĂł en estos lugares pero con el respeto y dignidad que merece. Nuestro guĂ­a fue Miguel quien hizo un trabajo espectacular en su narrativa, el lĂ­der de grupo Philip mantuvo todo bien organizado desde el principio. AdemĂĄs hubo buena comunicaciĂłn desde el dĂ­a antes. Cuando haga booking tenga en cuenta que el horario puede cambiar en mi caso habĂ­a hecho booking para las 9am y fue cambiado a las 7am. Hay que ser flexibles en ese aspecto pero vale la pena. Recomendados al 100%.
