Excelente tour 100% recomendado muy bien organizado y mostrando la realidad que ocurrió en estos lugares pero con el respeto y dignidad que merece. Nuestro guía fue Miguel quien hizo un trabajo espectacular en su narrativa, el líder de grupo Philip mantuvo todo bien organizado desde el principio. Además hubo buena comunicación desde el día antes. Cuando haga booking tenga en cuenta que el horario puede cambiar en mi caso había hecho booking para las 9am y fue cambiado a las 7am. Hay que ser flexibles en ese aspecto pero vale la pena. Recomendados al 100%.

L'activité en elle même s'est très bien passée. La guide était super. Mais les détails de la réservation n'étaient pas très clairs, voire confus. J'ai dû contacter le support de l'application pour être sûre du lieu où nous devions nous rendre. La réponse a été cependant très rapide. L'agence locale envoie un message la veille de l'activité pour confirmer l'horaire et le lieu de prise en charge, ce qui rassure. Malheureusement pour nous, l'horaire avait changé par rapport à notre réservation...coup de stress que dont on aurait préféré se passer.

Prenotare la visita ad Auschwitz è stato facile. Il tour è organizzato molto bene e la guida è stata bravissima. Il nostro tour sarebbe dovuto partire alle 7, però due giorni prima ci hanno avvisato sia via mail che con messaggio che la partenza è stata anticipata alle 6. Per assicurarsi che abbiamo ricevuto l'info, ci hanno chiesto di rispondere al messaggio. Quindi molto scrupolosi. Consiglio vivamente questo servizio.

    Positiv: - Pünktliche Organisation, reibungsloser Transport und Einlass - Sehr kompetenter Guide mit fundiertem Fachwissen - Beeindruckendes Museum und Gelände – absolut sehenswert Negativ: - Führung im Eiltempo, kaum Zeit zum Innehalten oder Fotografieren - Ständige Nähe zu anderen Gruppen störte die Atmosphäre - Die beiden kurzen Pausen (je 10 Minuten) – einmal vor dem Einlass nach der Ankunft mit dem Tourbus und einmal bei der Ankunft in Birkenau – waren ungünstig gelegen und erlaubten keinen Besuch der Shops oder gastronomischen Einrichtungen. Lediglich im Buchshop in Birkenau war Wasser erhältlich. - Toilettenbesuche dazwischen waren trotz Nachfrage nicht möglich - Lunchpaket gut, aber keine Zeit zum Verzehr wegen fehlender Mittagspause und Verbot auf dem Gelände

    Der Busfahrer war überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit und lustig. Der Bus kam pünktlich an der Abholstelle an und war sauber. Die Frau, die uns als Guide durch Auschwitz I und Auschwitz-Birkenau führte, war sehr kompetent und lieferte viele Hintergrundinformationen. Sämtliche Fragen beantwortete sie geduldig und einfühlsam. Alles in allem ein sehr bewegendes und wichtiges Erlebnis!

    La visite du camps était incroyable cependant la guide a été très pressée. Elle se depechait d'enchainer d'un bloc a un autre. Nous n'avons pas pu voir tous les blocs et j'ai eu le sentiment de devoir courir pendant la visite. J'ai senti un detachement de sa part, etant passionné par le sujet je regrette de ne pas avoir été plus immerger par la guide. Pour la visite d'un lieu si riche en histoire c'est bien dommage
