239 / 5 000 The ticket I received was unacceptable. Despite attempts to receive the correct ticket via chat and email, I did not receive it. The PDF ticket I sent via Headout <bookings@headout.com> at 2:36 PM 12.07.2025 was also rejected. We did not use the attractions and are disappointed with the entire situation. We are asking for a full refund.

Meeting point ia NOT at the entrance of the Pullman Hotel but on the corner. The bus started around 11:20, so we were at the entrance gaze at 12:00. The bus started back to city at 14:50, so we only had 2 hours and 50 minutes. That is not enough even for rushing thru the palace and the gardens. I wish we organized a longer trip at Versailles

The tour bus never showed up. We waited under the rain for over an hour. The phone number provided +33 0 14 45 56 00 was out of service. I called the UK team and they never followed up. First and last time using this company. Terrible experience. I think this is a scam.
