We liked it, but you charged us €67.70 for a ticket that costs €42 on the official website. You're taking a nice margin! By mistake we ordered the tickets twice. We asked you to make a gesture and you gave us a credit of 39.80 dollars, so 32 €, far from the 135.40 €. Readers will appreciate, we will not recommend you. Best regards

The tour was led by a very friendly guide who knew her subject very well and was always ready to listen. Question: the ticket price was 42 € (so 84 €) and we paid 135.48 €, a difference of 41.48 €. Why such a difference?

Our guide was super interesting and pleasant. A real historian. Pleasant, approachable person. However, please understand that if you take a ticket at 1:30 pm, you can't go back before that time to visit the gardens or anything else... Our only downside was that we couldn't visit the opera house because of a concert scheduled for the evening. In short, the information was of a high quality, with the minor disappointment that the tour was not complete. If you don't have a full day at Versailles, take a guided tour to avoid the crowds.
