the guide took us back in time to Louis XIV, with lots of anecdotes to make us laugh and at the same time learn about our history, thanks to her.
However, we didn't really enjoy the morning we wanted to spend in the gardens. However, the QR code we had didn't give us access to the gardens...we had to wait for the visit to the chateau to get the tickets for the gardens and the Trianons. It's a bad experience that I hope you'll improve for future buyers, as you don't mention it when buying tickets!

Was worried it was a scam but everything was easy & legit. Meeting place as described & guide easy to find. Entered easy & quick through the tour group entrance. Our guide Andre was very knowledgeable and friendly. He gave clear directions to keep the group together. He allowed ample time for pictures and gave tips on when/where to take them. Overall a great tour with interesting info on the palace and France. Came to Paris in August 2025 without prebooking anything and was able to use headout for Versailles and Louvre. Would recommend.

The truth is that everything ended well but it took the guides a long time to find my reservation, a very nice person from your team, Ruben was the best and he took the time to locate us with Mrs. Tatiana who when we arrived at the meeting point monument had already left with her group, the rest was ok, nothing else to comment.
