Ticketing was good. Frustrating waiting for the bus, and changing the location to pick it up. I did not seeing many busses available ( probably due to being a holiday / Monday ) so just sat on the top of the bus listening to the audio tour.Jessica

Bus stop locations are alright, but we waited at 5:55pm on 8 July for more than 25 minutes at the Grand Place stop with no bus coming, even though the driver said the last bus starts at 6pm. A number of other Tootbus passengers were with us and we eventually had to give up hope and leave the stop. So it's bad experience to use and also not value for money.Nicholas
