First of all, it didn't work. The email with the tickets was empty. A call there only brought up a computer that couldn't help. I already thought it was a scam. Then my husband called again and after a long time he got an English-speaking employee on the phone. He was able to help and then provided the tickets. All in all, everything was fine. I also have to say that the cashier was stupid, a younger one next door, who we approached second, didn't even need the tickets. The order number was enough for her...

Just entering the Concorde brought tears to my eyes - memories of 1996, when I had the unique opportunity to experience a flight in the Queen of the Skies 🙏🏻 The other exhibits have also been put together with great attention to detail - I find the older models particularly interesting because they give children and young people an idea of how everything used to work 🙋🏼‍♂️

Most areas of the museum (parking lots, restaurant, foyer with ticket office, outdoor area, ground floor of the museum halls, etc.) are barrier-free. However, the upper floors of the museum halls and some of the exhibits, such as the airplanes on the museum roof, are not accessible for wheelchairs or strollers.

Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue with proof of eligibility.
