Our guide Jacob was very friendly and informative. The tour was well organized and kept the whole group together despite the crowds.

Bernie was the highlight of the tour funny enough. He called a squirrel to come like a Disney prince! His passion for educating us while on the tour, giving us tje history behind every rock, wave and waterfall truly captured the experience well. Out tour guide was awesome! Jacob was so informative & funnt! He made listening easy. Boat ride was great but our favorite was cave in winds. Recommend this tour to everyone. It also gave to accessibility for trolley service which we used even after the scheduled tour yo visit other parts of the Niagara Falls park.
