This afternoon we visited the Eiffel Tower on a guided tour and it was a truly engaging experience. The guide was knowledgeable and passionate, able to tell historical trivia and interesting anecdotes that made the visit much more lively and less "touristy." The organization was on time and well managed, allowing us to avoid long waits. Climbing the Tower and admiring Paris from above, despite the cold weather, was exciting and evocative. A visit we absolutely recommend to really understand the symbolic and historical value of this iconic monument.

It was fantastic. The group was small and friendly. Although young, Chloe turned out to be a skillful and expirienced guide and utterly up to the task. She told us everything we wanted to know about the tower and gave us some useful tips as well. The guide leads you up to the 2nd floor (which is pretty high!) and provides you with instructions about the rest. The weather was gloomy but one needs to know that it rains some 270 days a year in Paris. Here is a pic taken from the very top of the tower. Absolute recommendation for Chloe and the crew!

One thing I really enjoyed about my tour of the Eiffel tower, was the how punctual and orderly everything was. Our guide met us at exactly 2:15, the agreed upon time. From there we were taken very quickly to the Eiffel Tower where our guide, swiftly guided us through all the security checkpoints in an orderly manner. Having a reliable guide allowed me to simply relax and enjoy the experience without having to worry about any sense of directions etc

The truth is that the experience at the Eiffel Tower was great, even though the weather was pretty bad and gray. The best part was that we didn't have to wait at all; there was no line, and we even went straight through the fast line reserved for guides, which saves a lot of time and makes you feel very secure with the entire access protocol. A key tip for other travelers is that, even though they give you a meeting time, you don't actually enter the monument until about 15 minutes after the initial meeting time, so don't despair. We know that tickets to the top by elevator are sometimes hard to come by, but the Headout website makes everything much simpler. We walked from the first and second floors to the top floor via elevator. Our guide was great: although the tour was officially only in English, she was super friendly and made a huge effort to speak to us in Spanish so we wouldn't miss anything. We had a great time and the views, even with clouds, are totally unbeatable.

Me with my wife had tickets to the Eiffel tower with a guide.Firstly, our woman guide ,took us all the group to the road towards the Eiffel tower, but we lost her on the road. She didn't wait all the group to be together, she just walked and we lost her. When we reached the Eiffel tower, we looked for her and finally she was in front of the check in, before the entrance to the Eiffel tower with the other group.Probably, she didn't realized we were missing,and she didn't tell us something about it. When we passed the check in, she gave us some information about the Eiffel tower almost 10 minutes and after we went on the 2nd floor by elevator. She told us, that she will be with us for half an hour and if we had something to ask, to ask her. We were free to move on the 2nd and 1st floor. Actually, we didn't feel we had a guide. She only gave us some information before entering the Eiffel tower, that's was all and she didn't gave us any information when we were in the Eiffel tower. We expected to tell us what we see from the 2nd and 1st floor. Practically, she only went us till the 2nd floor.
