The two rods were very interesting and well made. The team is friendly. Unfortunately some of the seat belts were defective and in some seats the sound quality was very poor, the music feed and the information part were not working. Unfortunately, the volume control did not work at the seat either. Otherwise we would book the tour again and again.

Great staff on the buses - always helpful and reliable. The buses also always arrived on time and there was always a seat. We especially loved the view of the Ponte Pietra from the blue line bus (unfortunately we can't remember the stop). It was really great that the bus waited briefly for us tourists so that we could take pictures. Picture is attached :)

The experience was great for an overly hot day in Verona. I never could figure out how to track the buses on the app but the signage at each stop was accurate. One operator even offered to help locate my sunglasses left at one of the stops.

The tour is good!!! However the system insufficient. Too many people are waiting, therefore long waiting times. Give the waiters a number and it's fair and you don't have to stand all the time 40 min (becausebin nus 1 too little place) to wait. And don't sell tickets endlessly the system has a max. There are too few buses! Also thevaudio system was broken so no audio at my seat. Do better maintenance

City tour was okay, but overpriced for what was on offer. On the blue and red line, you sometimes heard the same things and the amount of information was very limited. Nevertheless, Verona is a great city, which we explored intensively on foot in four days and informed ourselves about.
