We were accompanied by Marek, a helpful and kind guide who took us to the entrance of the spa. However, I would give the journey 2 stars. There are only taxis and, although the voucher for entry to the spa is cheap, there are no buses to take you there. It's another 33 minutes by car from Zakopane to the spa, so you have to take a taxi or, if you're lucky enough to have cash in zloty, you can take the shuttle bus, but it's not always available. The bus was supposed to arrive at 2:05 p.m., but we arrived late due to traffic (at 3:25 p.m.) and our admission was at 3:25 p.m. Just in time! Three hours is not enough time to see everything... but what can I say, the three-hour trip is worth it! I would do it again!

Our visit to the Chocholów Thermal Baths was the perfect way to relax and unwind. The complex is impressive, with a huge variety of indoor and outdoor thermal pools, and the views of the mountains while you're in the hot water are simply spectacular. Booking with Headout was very easy and allowed us to enter without any complications. I highly recommend trying the sauna area and the whirlpool pools. Everything was very clean and well organized, even though it was quite crowded. It's a total wellness experience that is well worth it if you're in the Zakopane area. We left feeling like new!

The geothermal water was so relaxing, and I loved trying out all the different pools and water attractions. The water slides were a blast, and the Jacuzzis were perfect for unwinding. I also spent some time in the sauna complex, which had a great variety of options. The spa treatments were top-notch, and I left feeling totally refreshed. It's a fantastic place for families, too, with plenty to keep the kids entertained. Overall, I highly recommend the Chocholow Thermal Baths for a day of relaxation and fun.

Fantastic easy service very well explained everything sent to me by whats app and email. We were met at the front desk and everthing explained all in great detail. We used headout because the official site had sold out of tickets. I will definately be using headout again as they cover a whole host of trips out and adventures.

Today we visited Chocholow and had an excellent experience, especially at the thermal baths. The thermal pools are well designed, clean, and very relaxing, with warm water that makes it perfect to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. There is a good variety of pools, both indoor and outdoor, allowing you to relax regardless of the weather. The facilities are modern and well maintained, and everything is well organized, from changing rooms to common areas. The atmosphere is calm and enjoyable, making it easy to spend several hours there without feeling rushed or crowded. Overall, the thermal baths at Chocholow are a highlight and absolutely worth the visit. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable thermal spa experience in the region.

Very few lines to get into the locker room, in addition to the 3 hours they give an additional 15 minutes to change. Pools are many both indoor and outdoor. also present saunas, steam room and cold water pool. The place despite very crowded still remains neat and clean, for the most shameful only pekka is the common men's and women's locker room. For those who reach the place by public transport pay attention to the timetable, the bus stop is 5 min walk and the ride to zakopane takes about 20 minutes and costs 9zt about 2€
