We had an incredible time at Movie World on the Gold Coast. The park is well-organized, clean, and full of excitement for all age groups. The rides are thrilling—especially DC Rivals HyperCoaster and Superman Escape, which were absolute highlights. 🎢 The shows and character performances were entertaining and added to the overall movie-themed experience. Staff members were friendly, helpful, and made the visit even more enjoyable. Food options were decent with plenty of variety, and the facilities were well maintained. It’s a perfect destination for families, friends, and anyone who loves movies and adventure. Highly recommend visiting if you’re on the Gold Coast—definitely worth it and full of unforgettable memories!

As a family of 5 with young children we are always hesitant about theme parks and also the cost of living. This deal made it not only affordable but it has captured the best parts of our holiday. All my children, the eldest 5 and youngest 2, had a blast especially at wet and wild! They all could partake and we as parents couldn't be happier with the opportunity this deal gave our family! After seeing a sale online where there was 20 tickets available at an amazing price I went ahead and purchased 4 tickets for me and my family for an upcoming holiday. After approx 4-7 days I received an email from Headout telling me that there was a mistake in the ticket pricing. Headout claimed that they were absorbing some of the fee but requested an additional $281 or my tickets would not work. After reading the refund policy I decided to pay the additional money to secure the tickets. (The refund policy would not have given me back my money but a credit instead) This bought the total ticket cost to $600+. This is approximately the same cost I would have paid with Experience Oz. I personally think that this is deceptive marketing and it felt like a shake down to me. I will not be using Headout for future ticket purchases.

Superheroes, cartoons, and you

This big-screen-inspired theme park, Movie World is home to iconic scenes and characters from Warner Brothers films and DC comics. The big draw for superhero fans is the DC Comics area. You can ride the Green Lantern coaster with one of the steepest inverted drops, or there's a Batwing ride that'll shoot you into the air and even a Wonder Woman ride. Action movie fans will love the Hollywood Stunt Driver show, with all the crazy car chases and stunts. For the little ones, there's a Looney Tunes village to hang with Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck and the whole crew.

Endless fun around every corner

Every day they have this huge Streets Star parade on Main Street with floats, dancers, and characters from all the Warner Bros. movies. It's pretty popular, so get there early if you want a good spot. Movie World keeps adding new rides based on new movies, so there's always something fresh. You might even bump into your favorite heroes or villains walking around – could be your chance for a selfie with Batman or Wonder Woman!

And of course, there are stores everywhere selling superhero shirts, Looney Tunes toys, all that stuff. Plus, plenty of dining options to keep you fueled up all day.
