Professional organisation and kind staff everywhere! Great rides.
The eypress pass was valuable given the limited time we had for visiting the park: one day only; and the crowd at the rides.

It was an awesome experience; our first time with go kart in Japan and we loved it. The Akiba staffs are friendly and helpful, especially Marin, led and made the tour course really exciting. Took lots of beautiful photo for us.

Universal is a good theme park and you'll have a great time, but if you're familiar with American parks, you'll be disappointed by its small size. There are a dozen attractions, each with a theme movie (including Mario), and that's it. Forget about all the other universal films. No movie-themed attractions either.
If you don't have much time in Japan, I highly recommend the fast pass, which lets you do the whole park in a single day.

Amazing. Made it so simple to get our tickets for USJ. We were having such a hard time getting tickets on the official USJ website and couldn't get them. Headout made it such a smooth process. Will be definitely using them again
