Having the tickets made it easy to go right in, but I had been worried because I had scheduled an 11:15 time, but the tickets said you had to be there 15 minutes before 9:00 am. That was an impossibility so we just hoped for the best. We strolled right in so I have to assume thw times don't matter, just be forewarned. Not Headout's fault but only one of the three elevators worked in the parking lot on a weekend full of wheelchairs and strollers!

Smooth process.. great to be able to purchase tickets to both studios at one time . Electronic tickets worked fine at both locations. The only issue I had was AFTER I ordered and paid I did not get the tickets instantly as expected .. was told they would come by email, but that email was also not immediate... it took an HOUR and even then it DID NOT include the tickets ... it was a LINK to an app that I had to go install, and when I did all that the tickets STILL were not "Ready yet" ... during that significant deley i developed anxiety that perhaps I had been duped, and that some lookalike website had just stolen four hundred dollars from me. That part of your process needs to be fixed ASAP. I got a notification feom my credit card company that you charged my card and recieved payment the moment I placed the order, but you made me sit around wondering for 1.5hrs before delivering the SCAN CODES to me .. unacceptable. Please fix. ps - making me install your app now subjected me to being SPAMMED with offers that I dint want. Taking away choice from the consumer is not an endearing quality.
