Important Information

• Children with a height of 115 cm or less may enter for free, but must be accompanied by at least one paying adult

• The 91st floor is only open to the public on certain days

• Please display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the ticket redemption point

• Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start time of your tour to avoid delays

• You can redeem the tickets directly at the attraction: Taipei 101 Observatory (No. 7, Section 5, Xinyi Road, Xinyi District)

• Go to the 5th floor of this building for redeeming your ticket and scan your QR code at the observatory entrance waiting area within 30 minutes of your selected time
